We grow over 200 varieties of vegetables, fruits, herbs & flowers using organic, intensive, low till methods at two North Central Texas locations. Those varieties include a large number of heirlooms and several selections from Slow Food’s Ark of Taste. The varieties we grow are selected for flavor & adaptability for our area. We never knowingly use GMO seed and only buy from seed companies who have signed the safe seed pledge. We specialize in growing flower varieties that are not usually imported or shipped.
